Christian Life 33 - Very Short - Wild Elephants Part II

 This will likely be the shortest post to date: A few weeks ago I introduced the book How to Train a Wild Elephant by Jan Chozen Bays, MD.  I promised to come back and discuss the mindfulness exercises and my progress with them.  At the time I typed those words, I figured I'd pop in here once a week, describe each exercise and discuss my own efforts with the previous week's practice. I've changed my mind.  I'm not going to do that, and I have two reasons for not doing so: (1) If I spend the next 52 weeks describing each exercise in the book and going over my own progress, there will be no point in any of my readers buying their own copy of the book.  Even though my page counter indicates that this is a pitiful number, that will still be so much royalty that I would have taken from Dr. Bays and, as a published author receiving periodic royalty check of 39 cents or less, I'm not comfortable depriving another author of even the little bit she might otherwise recei...
